For typical AEM electrolysis testing applications with temperature of around 60C and KOH concentration of 1 molar, titanium is expected to be working great.  For tests at over 80C and higher concentration KOH, nickel provide significantly better corrosion resistance. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor AEM electrolysis testing, to achieve the testing temperature, heating the KOH solution provides a reliable temperature control. Cartridge heating can also be used with the endplates. Please note that the cartridge heating element is not included.  Nuts, bolts, gaskets, O-rings, connectors are included.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA few facts to consider:  Nickel is nearly\u003cstrong\u003e \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan class=\"Yjhzub\"\u003e6x more electrically conductive\u003c!--TgQPHd|[]--\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e \u003c\/strong\u003ethan titanium, roughly\u003cstrong\u003e \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan class=\"Yjhzub\"\u003e4.4x more thermally conductive\u003c\/span\u003e than titanium.
