PEMFC MEA Test Hardware - Graphite product enables the researchers to test their proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) relevant membrane electrode assemblies (MEAs) and the sub-components of the MEA (such as membrane, anode and cathode catalysts, anode and cathode gas diffusion layers, etc.). This single cell hardware is a trusted testing fixture for lab scale testing of various components and operational conditions, and for other R&D needs. H2-Air PEM fuel cells (atmospheric or pressurized), H2-O2 PEM fuel cells (atmospheric or pressurized), and direct methanol PEM fuel cells experiments will greatly benefit from the use of this single cell fixture or hardware.
Key Features:
- Materials of Construction: Flow channel plates are manufactured from high-quality isostatic graphite. Endplates are manufactured from pure titanium with ports at the top for heating cartridges and thermocouples placement to adjust the cell temperature and monitor it during the testing.
- Different flow field designs: Serpentine flow channel design being the standard, other designs are also offered such as parallel, interdigitated, column-pin, spiral, etc. Please let us know if you want different designs (such as parallel, column-pin, interdigitated, etc.) at info@electrohy.com.
- Package contents: Anode and cathode flow channel plates, anode and cathode endplates, anode and cathode current collector with terminals, anode and cathode planar gasketing sheets, bolts and nuts, electrical isolation sleeves, etc.
