4-Channel Water Electrolysis Test System

The 4-Channel Water Electrolysis Test System is designed to integrate four parallel electrolysis tests into one compact platform, enabling efficient, simultaneous testing of multiple cells or stacks.

Each channel supports a wide range of laboratory-scale testing configurations, from 1 × 1 cm² single cells to 15 × 15 cm² single cells and small stacks containing up to seven cells. Key functions include temperature control, flow-rate regulation, current and voltage control, and automatic water replenishment.

Each channel operates with its own dedicated hardware, while a single integrated touchscreen provides centralized parameter setting and real-time data monitoring across all four channels.

Engineered for autonomous, continuous operation, the system offers a flexible and space-efficient solution for water electrolysis research, performance evaluation, and durability testing.

• Safety protection features: Automatic monitoring and alarms for hydrogen leakage, KOH leakage, over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature, excessive hydrogen-in-oxygen
• User-friendly touch screen: Displays real-time P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram), parameter setting, alarm log, real-time operating data, data history, and data plot.  
• Applications: AEM, PEM, ALK or CO2 electrolysis
• Easy to switch to cathode-dry configuration for AEM electrolysis
• Built-in filtration unit: Captures particulate contaminants that may be released from the MEA. 
• Temperature range: room temperature to 90°C
• Cell Voltage Monitor (CVM): up to 3V
