Custom Electrolysis Test System

ElectroHy offers custom electrolysis test system (also called test station, test bench, test rig, testbed) including, but not limited to, the following areas:

• Single cells, short stacks or large stacks
• Atmospheric pressure, or high pressure
• AEM electrolysis, PEM electrolysis, CO2 conversion,  alkaline electrolysis, flow battery, or any other electrochemical applications

Typical features:

• Advanced Integration: Various parameters and operation statuses are controlled, monitored and displayed in real time via touchscreen (human-machine interface) including temperature, pressure, flow rate, liquid level, voltage, current, and single-cell voltage. 
• Safety features: Alarming and shutting down coupled with a comprehensive set of sensor for gas leak, liquid leak, overheating, over-limit voltage/current/pressure etc.
• Automatic operation: The equipment can operate fully automatically 24 hours a day without human intervention, automatically alarming and shutting down in case of a malfunction. 
• Automatic liquid replenishment
• Data output: Ethernet wired connection, Wi-Fi connection and/or USB
• Warranty: 1 year
