Custom Flow Field Plates

ElectroHy offers custom flow field plates (or bipolar plates) for electrochemical applications for research, pilot, and commercial scale, such as serpentine, parallel, pin-type, interdigitated, bio-inspired patterns or any sophisticated design that you may have. 

• Manufacturing method: Photochemical etching or CNC machining
• Metal plates: Stainless Steel (typically 316L), Titanium, Nickel
• Precision: ~ 0.03mm
• Thickness:  Your choice
• Dimension: Your choice
• Quantity: Your choice

Flow field plates are used in AEM electrolysis, PEM electrolysis, CO2 electrolysis, flow battery, PEM fuel cell, direct methanol fuel cell and other electrochemical applications. 

Depending on your design and quantity, a lead time of 3-8 weeks is to be expected.
