These QL series ultra pure nitrogen generators are well-proven, plug-and-play systems designed to produce 99.999% purity nitrogen gas from the compressed air. QL series nitrogen generators utilizes PSA (pressure swing absorption) and advanced purification technology where the compressed air is initially dried and filtered through condensing tube and filter, then it enters the CMS column in the purification mode and removes O2, CO2, moisture, and hydrocarbons and yield high-purity nitrogen gas. With simple power-on operation, users can generate ultra-pure nitrogen on demand, eliminating the need for inconvenient, costly, and hazardous high pressure nitrogen gas cylinders (such as 2000-3000 psi K-type cylinders used in the research labs).
