Hydrogen Gas Purifier WS-HP4

The WS-HP4 Hydrogen Purifier/Drier is designed to purify hydrogen produced by water electrolyzers, upgrading hydrogen with a typical purity of 99.5% to an output purity of greater than 99.995%. The system effectively removes residual moisture, oxygen, and other trace impurities to deliver high-purity hydrogen suitable for demanding applications.

The purifier consists of drying cylinders, deoxygenation reagent, solenoid valves, and a control system. A dew point sensor continuously monitors the quality of the purified hydrogen. When the measured dew point exceeds the preset threshold, the system automatically switches between adsorption and regeneration modes, ensuring continuous operation and consistent hydrogen purity without manual intervention.

• Compact and Flexible Design: With its compact footprint, the system can be seamlessly integrated with electrolyzers and installed in standard cabinets measuring 600 mm wide × 800 mm deep.
• Intuitive Human-Machine Interface (HMI): The integrated touchscreen HMI provides convenient control and monitoring of system operations. Users can easily access real-time operating data and perform functions such as startup, shutdown, status monitoring, alarm management, and safety control.
• Advanced Safety Features: The system continuously monitors hydrogen purity and hydrogen leakage. In the event of abnormal conditions, it automatically triggers alarms and initiates a safe shutdown procedure to protect both equipment and personnel.
• Remote Monitoring and Data Acquisition: Equipped with remote monitoring, control, and data acquisition capabilities, the system can be connected to a user's supervisory control system via a standard network connection, enabling seamless integration into plant-wide automation and monitoring platforms.
