Ultrasonic Spray Coater U4000M is a programmable bench top coater, ideal for producing various uniform and durable coatings in R&D process. The U4000M integrated with different ultrasonic nozzles spraying width from 1 mm to 60 mm is designed for spraying PEM, GDL, electrode and electrolyte membranes, by depositing solutions, suspensions as well as carbon black ink suspension, PTFE binder, ceramic slurry, platinum and other precious metal catalysts. The operating system with multiple spraying methods is stable and easy to operate.
